Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of Premium subscriptions within the Signal Sizer mobile application.
Product
The weekly Premium subscription grants access to unlimited features in the Signal Sizer mobile application, such as unlimited calculations, unlimited real-time exchange rates, and advanced lot splitting.
Price and Payment
Subscription prices are displayed in-app and may vary depending on your geographic region and local currency. Payment is made through the download platform used (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) depending on your device.
Free Trial
When offered, the free trial lasts 7 days. At the end of this period, the subscription automatically renews for a weekly duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Renewal and Cancellation
The Premium subscription is set to auto-renew. You can cancel at any time from your Apple or Google account settings. Access to Premium features continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refund
Refunds are processed in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Signal Sizer does not handle refund requests directly.
Liability
Signal Sizer is a calculation tool designed to facilitate risk management. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendation, or trading incentive. The user remains solely responsible for their trading decisions and the resulting outcomes.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of sale at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via the application or by email.
